NVDA Plug-in
The NVDA Cymraeg plug-in, developed by the Language Technologies Unit, uses bilingual synthetic voices in order to promote accessibility for Welsh speakers.
You can download NVDA to your computer from this page. Once you have done that, you will have to follow the instructions available here in order to add the Sonata plugin, and then load the Welsh voices from here.
